If the \(\sqrt{-i}\) can be represented as \(\pm \dfrac {a+bi}{\sqrt{c}}\) where \(c\) is non-square and the fraction is in its lowest terms, find \(a+b+c\).


  • Note that \(i\) is \(\sqrt{-1}\)
