If \(\frac{1}{\sqrt{2} + \sqrt{0} + \sqrt{1} + \sqrt{5}}\) can be written as \(\frac{x - \sqrt{y}(z + 1)}{2} + \sqrt{2}\)

Then find \(x - y + {z}^{2}\)
