A Charge \(Q_{1}=10\mu\mbox{C} \), uniformly distributed over the ring, broke it apart due to electrostatic repulsion. An engineer decides to design a ring (with the same dimensions) made of a material 10 times more resistant. What minimum charge \(Q_{2}\) in \(\mu \mbox{C}\) breaks the new ring?
