Let $$PQSR$$ be a parallelogram graphed on a coordinate plane where $$\overline{PQ}$$ is parallel to $$\overline{RS}$$. If the coordinates of $$P$$ are $$(0,0)$$, the coordinates of $$Q$$ are $$(3,2)$$, and the coordinates of $$S$$ are $$(4,6)$$, find the coordinates of $$R$$.
