Let \(PQSR\) be a parallelogram graphed on a coordinate plane where \(\overline{PQ}\) is parallel to \(\overline{RS}\). If the coordinates of \(P\) are \((0,0)\), the coordinates of \(Q\) are \((3,2)\), and the coordinates of \(S\) are \((4,6)\), find the coordinates of \(R\).

If the coordinates are \((x,y)\), then enter \(x+y\) as your answer.
