This is my first calculus problem. Hope you like it.

Let \(f(x)\) be a polynomial of degree 3 such that: \[\begin{align} f (3) & = 1 \\ f ' (3) & = -1 \\ f '' (3) & = 0 \\ f ''' (3) & = 12 \end{align}\] Find the value of \(f(2) + f ' (1)\).

**Note:** \(f ' (x)\), \(f '' (x)\), and \(f ''' (x)\) are first, second, third derivatives of \(f(x)\) respectively.
