Calculus Level 3

This is my first calculus problem. Hope you like it.

Let $$f(x)$$ be a polynomial of degree 3 such that: \begin{align} f (3) & = 1 \\ f ' (3) & = -1 \\ f '' (3) & = 0 \\ f ''' (3) & = 12 \end{align} Find the value of $$f(2) + f ' (1)$$.

Note: $$f ' (x)$$, $$f '' (x)$$, and $$f ''' (x)$$ are first, second, third derivatives of $$f(x)$$ respectively.
