Find the value of

\[\left[ \left( {\dfrac{\Delta ^{2}}{E}} \right)e^{x} \right] \dfrac{E e^{x}}{\Delta ^{2} e^{x}}\]

Note: In finite differences,

\[\Delta f(x) = f(x+h) - f(x)\]

\[E f(x) = f(x+h)\].

Find the value of

\[\left[ \left( {\dfrac{\Delta ^{2}}{E}} \right)e^{x} \right] \dfrac{E e^{x}}{\Delta ^{2} e^{x}}\]

Note: In finite differences,

\[\Delta f(x) = f(x+h) - f(x)\]
