# Give this a Try

**Classical Mechanics**Level 3

Two particles 1 and 2 move along +\(x\)-axis such that 2 is ahead of 1 by 4m both on the right side of the origin. The velocity of 1 is directly proportional to the position of 2, and the velocity of 2 is directly proportional to the position of 1, the proportionality constant being the same, equal to \((\ln2) \text{ sec}^{-1}\). Find the time in seconds after which their separation becomes \(1\text{ m}\).
