Consider the equation :

$$7x^{3}(x^{2}+1)+(5x-2)^{2}+3x^{2}-8x-14x^{4}=4-\frac{28}{x}$$.

where $$x \not=0$$. If the number of complex roots is $$z$$,and the number of real roots is $$r$$,then what is $$\frac{z}{r}$$.
