\(ABCDEF\) is a regular hexagon, with \(AB = 1\). Point \(H \) lies on \( DE\) such that \( DH = HE \). If the length of \(BH\) is in the form of \( \dfrac{\sqrt{a}}{b}\), where \( a\) and \(b\) are coprime positive integer, with \(a \) is square free, find \(a+b\).
