Let a, b and c be three integers such that;

• $$-20 \le a,b,c \le +20$$
• $$a>b$$, $$(a+b+c)^{2}=4$$ and $$a^{2}+b^{2}+c^{2}=266$$

Find the minimum value of $$|a^{2}b+b^{2}c+c^{2}a|$$.
