There is an isosceles triangle. A circle or radius $$r$$ is inscribed in it. The minimum value of the perimetre of the triangle be $$a r \sqrt{b}$$. Find the value of $$a+b$$.

Here $$a$$ and $$b$$ are both positive integers and $$b$$ is not a perfect square.
