\[ \displaystyle \lim_{x \to 0} \frac {\cot x }{\csc x } = \ ? \]

\( \frac{d}{dx}( \cot x ) = -\csc^2 x \)

\( \frac{d}{dx}( \csc x ) = -\csc x \cot x \)
