If $$\sqrt{3+\sqrt{3}+\sqrt{6}+\sqrt{2}}$$ can be expressed in the form of $$\sqrt{\dfrac{a}{b}}+\sqrt{\dfrac{c}{d}}+e$$ than find out the value of $$a+b+c+d+e$$, where $$a$$ and $$b$$, and $$c$$ and $$d$$ are coprimes.
