Two arithmetic progressions are such that the ratio of the sums of first \(n\)th terms is \(7n+1: 4n+27\).

If the ratio of the \(m\)th terms of the two arithmetic progressions is \(X\), where \(X\) is in terms of \(m\), find \(X+\dfrac {6-14m}{8m+23}\).
