For a curve $$y=f(x),f''(x)=4x$$ at each point $$(x,y)$$ on it and it crosses the $$x$$-axis at $$(-2,0)$$ at an angle of $$45^\circ$$ with the positive direction of $$x$$-axis. If $$f(x)=ax^{3}+bx^{2}+cx+d$$, then find $$3(a+b+c+d)$$.
