The mean square of the velocity of molecules of $$B$$ type is denoted by $${ ({ V }_{ RMS-B } })^{ 2 }$$ and the mean square of x-component of the velocity of $$A$$ type is denoted by $${ ({ V }_{ RMS-X-A } })^{ 2 }$$ . Find the value of $\frac { { ({ V }_{ RMS-X-A }) }^{ 2 } }{ { ({ V }_{ RMS-B }) }^{ 2 } }.$
