A balloon with a volume of 2.0 L is filled with a gas at 3 atmospheres. If the pressure is reduced to 0.5 atmospheres without a change in temperature, what would be the volume of the balloon?

Definition : states that the absolute pressure and volume of a given mass of a confined gas are inversely proportional, if the temperature remains unchanged within a closed system.
The law itself can be stated as follows: for a fixed amount of an ideal gas kept at a fixed temperature, P (pressure) and V (volume) are inversely proportional (when one doubles, the other halves).
