\[ \lim_{x\rightarrow0}\left(\frac{1}{x^{2}}-\frac{1}{\sin^{2}(x)} \right)\]

If the value of the limit above is of the form \(-\frac{a}{b}\) for coprime positive integers \(a\) and \(b\), then input the answer as \(a+b\).
