In a fraction, if you cancel out the \(\cos\) and the \(^\circ\) symbol, like \[\dfrac{\cos (a^\circ)}{\cos (b^\circ)}= \dfrac{a}{b}\] then it's a \(\color{Red}{\textbf{Big Mistake!!!}}\)

But for how many ordered integer pairs \(\color{Blue}{(a,b)}\), such that \(-10\leq a,b \leq 10\) is the above said "false" property seen to be "true" ?
