We know that the power raised to can't be distributed over the content of a bracket, that is , if you do (a+b)2=a2+b2(a+b)^2 = a^2+b^2 then it's a big mistake!

But for how many pairs of integers (a,b)(a,b) such that each of them is between -10 and 10 inclusive, is the above said false property seen to be true?
