Given is $$\triangle ABC$$ of side length $$10$$. $$\triangle ABD$$ is a right angle triangle with $$\overline { AD }$$ as its hypotenuse. The value of $$\overline { BD }$$ such that $$\overline { BC } \bot \overline { AD }$$ is $$\ell$$. Find $$\left\lceil \ell \right\rceil$$.
