Chemistry Level 2

Glucose is reacted with excess of Acetic Anhydride. Let the product formed be $$X$$.
$$X$$ is then reacted with Hydroxyl Amine ($$\ce{NH2OH}$$) and let the product formed is $$Y$$.
Find the number of $$\ce{C - N}$$ (carbon-nitrogen single bonds) in $$Y$$.
