If \(\tan \alpha = \frac{1}{1+2^{-x}}\) and \(\tan \beta = \frac{1}{1+2^{x+1}}\), then find \(\alpha + \beta\) in radians

(Assume: \(0 \leq \alpha , \beta \leq \frac{\pi}{2}\))
