At time \(t=0\) an electric field was switched on such that potential \(V\) at any point \((x,y)\) is given by: \[V= {x}^{2}+y\] If the velocity with which it crosses the \(x\)-axis is in the form: \[\frac { \sqrt { \left( \beta { e }^{ \gamma }-\delta \right) } }{ { e }^{ \alpha } }\] Find \(\alpha\)+\(\beta\)+\(\gamma\)+\(\delta\).
