Given that function \(P(x)={ x }^{ 4 }-3{ x }^{ 3 }+m{ x }^{ 2 }+n{x}+2\). When \(P(x)\) is divided by \(x-2\), the remainder is 6. When \(P(x)\) is divided by \(x-1\), the remainder is 4. Find the value of \(m+n\).
