A collision between a fast paced electron and an electron at rest leads to the production of an electron-positron pair along with the two initial electrons.

In order to achieve this, the minimum kinetic energy of the fast-moving electron is \(kmc^2\), where \(m\) is the mass of the electron and \(c\) is the speed of light. Find \(k^2\).
