The shorter diagonal, \(a\), of a rhombus is \(x\) in. shorter than the longer diagonal, \(b\). \(a\) and \(b\) are positive integers where \(a^2\) + \(b^2\) = \(625\). If the sum of the area and perimeter of the rhombus is 200, what is the value of \(x\)?
