A missile is fired from earth's surface with velocity \(v\) at an angle of \(\theta\) from vertical from the surface of earth. Find the maximum height reached by the missile from the surface of earth.

  1. Neglect air resistance and other factors which make problem extra complicated

  2. Take \(\theta =60^{\circ} \)

  3. Take \( \displaystyle v= \sqrt{\dfrac{0.75GM_e}{R_e}}\), where \(G\) is universal gravitational constant , \(M_e\) is mass of earth and \(R_e\) is radius of earth
