Uluru is a large flat rock in the middle of Australia. Three tourists $$A$$, $$B$$ and $$C$$ are viewing a certain point at the top. $$A$$ is located directly north of Uluru, $$C$$ is located directly east and $$B$$ is along the line of sight of $$A$$ and $$C$$. It is known that the angle of elevation for the respective tourists $$A$$, $$B$$ and $$C$$ are $$26^{\circ}$$, $$28^{\circ}$$ and $$30^{\circ}$$. Find the bearing of $$B$$ in degrees to the nearest non-negative integer.
