\[ \large \lim_{h\to0} \dfrac{ (1+h)^{5} - (1-h)^{5} }h \]

The expansions of \( (1+h)^{5} \) and \((1-h)^{5} \) are very long. Can we find a way to evaluate the limit above without expanding and simplifying the expression? If yes, what is the value of this limit?
