Classical Mechanics Level 3

Given, the position vector of a particle as

$$\vec r = (3 \sin t + 25)\vec i - (3 \cos t -45) \vec j + 24\vec k$$ metres.

Where $$t$$ is time in seconds..

Find the distance travelled by the particle in time from $$t=1999\text{ sec}$$ to $$t=2016 \text{ sec}$$... If it can be represented as $$a$$, then find $$a^2$$.
