It's obvious that 0+0=0+0+00 + 0 = 0 + 0 + 0 .

We can rewrite this equation as 2×0=3×02\times 0 = 3\times 0 .

If a×b=c×da \times b = c\times d is fulfilled, then a÷c=d÷b a\div c = d \div b must be fulfilled too.

So 2÷3=0÷0 2\div 3 = 0 \div 0 must be correct.
