Course description

If you've ever wanted to go deeper into the science in Kurzgesagt videos, this is the course for you. With each new video, this course will explore the big questions and investigate the scientific principles behind them. To start, you'll investigate potential disasters threatening our planet, and calculate the damage they could cause. Then you’ll track mutations to figure out how rabies conquers new animals in the wild, then do some light physics to unravel its path to the brain. Finally, you'll turn to the big questions of astrophysics and cosmology to uncover the life cycle of black holes and the future of the universe.
