Constructing a triangle given three circles

Given three co-planar, concentric circles of radii,\(r_{1}\) \(r_{2}\) \(r_{3}\) ,how can one construct an equilateral triangle such that each vertex of the triangle lies on a different circle.
Assume that the radii are given such that a solution is possible
