Construction of a Locus

We are given a point \(P\) and a line \(l\). A point \(Q\) lies on line \(l\). An equilateral triangle is drawn such that \(PQ\) is one of its sides and \(R\) is its other vertex. Construct the locus of all possible points \(R\).
