If ab is a two digit number , where a is in tens place and b is in ones place then ▶(ab)^2=(ab+b)(ab-b)+b^2 [ when b<=5] ▶(ab)^2=(ab+{10-b})(ab-{10-b})+{10-b}^2 [when b>5] e.g: ▶12^2=14×10+2^2 =144 ▶26^2=30×22+4^2 =676
