Inequality proof help

Can somebody prove that the A.M of \(n^{th}\) powers is greater than the \(n^{th}\) power of A.M for \(n>1\) or, \[\dfrac{\sum_{x=1}^{n}a_x^n}{n}>[(\dfrac{\sum_{x=1}^{n}a_x}{n})^n]\]
