# Inequality proof help

Can somebody prove that the A.M of $$n^{th}$$ powers is greater than the $$n^{th}$$ power of A.M for $$n>1$$ or, $\dfrac{\sum_{x=1}^{n}a_x^n}{n}>[(\dfrac{\sum_{x=1}^{n}a_x}{n})^n]$
