A very special island is inhabited only by knights and knaves. Knights always tell the truth, and knaves always lie.

You meet two inhabitants: Zoey and Mel. Zoey tells you that Mel is a knave. Mel says, `Neither Zoey nor I are knaves.'

Can you determine who is a knight and who is a knave?

TopNewestzoey is the knight while mel is the knave. if zoey is a knave then mel has to be the knight and a knight never lies where as mel's statement would become false. so zoey being the knight mel is the knave and a knave always lies
