  Easy Math Editor

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

When posting on Brilliant:

  • Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
  • Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
  • Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.
  • Stay on topic — we're all here to learn more about math and science, not to hear about your favorite get-rich-quick scheme or current world events.

Mine, Srijan's, NSCS' and HalfPass3's descriptions are accurate, but Lam the innovative...I guess that's partially correct. Frisk the flirtatious is true, but still eww...and Katniss' description is...wrong...totally...wrong....She is supposed to be a battle-hardened warrior!!! Its the whole point of writing a novel series bout her!!! Suzzanne Collins' work on Hunger Games is to signify that, not make here a cute, fire girl!!!

@Percy Jackson I

don't

care

I am not meant to be cute, but here we are. She is cute, whether you admit it or not... lol

@Frisk Dreemurr Nope...you might say Jennifer Lawrence is cute, but not Katniss Everdeen(fictional character). Saying she is cute is a violation to my 3rd favorite book series(The Hunger Games)!!!

@Nscs 747 You wanna roleplay, roleplay as someone awesome. Cybermen don't have much of a personality. Hell, they don't even have a personality. Free walking EXP

Frisk Dreemurr - 3 months, 1 week ago

@Frisk Dreemurr thats what i like about them their cold personality

NSCS 747 - 3 months, 1 week ago

@Nscs 747 It ain't cold, it's lifeless(quite literally) and not very interesting. Cold is like one of those cold-hearted assassin commanders they turn Percy into in one of those Chaos Fanfics.

Percy Jackson - 3 months, 1 week ago

@Percy Jackson cybermen have no mercy i mean being cold as in being emotionless and also we do have living organisms inside

@Nscs 747 You sure you want to be a human with no emotions and natural parts? Cold, metallic, and aggressive, with no free will? Always controlled by another stronger one? (talking about cyber controllers here...)

Even Mettaton is better than a cyberman, and he is a ghost in a robot. He too has a personality, though he is metallic. You need to choose another person for the play Nathan... And definitely not a cyberman
