# Reset Account Progress

I'd like to know whether it's possible to reset one's progress on Brilliant (without creating a new account, of course.)

I used Brilliant frequently almost a year back, and now it's sort of disconcerting. I'd really like to start all over again, if that's possible.

Hi Calvin. I tried this and it didn't seem to work. Is there any other way?

There isn't a way to do so. As a premium member, you should not deactivate your account, as that will lose the premium subscription.

If you "tried this", I'm guessing that you reactivated your account, instead of signing up for a new account, which is why your process was not reset. Note that signing up for a new account will lose the premium subscription.

For the courses, you can restart the quizzes if you desire.
