You are only leveled down for getting less than 60% of the problems you enter an answer on, right over a two week period. You have to "view" at least four problems in a week to be considered "active" enough to be eligible for a level down or level up.

Do any one problem of a set only

So if I don't do any I'll get leveled down?

Nope, you can only be leveled down for getting wrong answers. Inactivity does not affect your level.
