TopNewestit all depends on law of conservation of energy...the reason behind to take place such an event bcoz the evidence that our galaxy is expanding with passage of time. So,when we go backwards in time, then all the universe must be in a small volume and high pressure.Eventually, the big bang took place and the volume increased with decrease in volume. Also, dont forget that entropy of our universe is continously increasing! according to me there may be some other universe connected to our universe through a gate known as black hole . may be some mass from that universe transferred to our universe and at that time quark fluctuations take place and big bang happens .
