If the asker doesn't assign a rating when they post their question then the question is assigned 10 points automatically, until enough people have viewed/attempted/solved the question, at which point there is an algorithm that decides how many points the problem is worth.

If the asker does assign a rating when they post their question then the question is assigned 100 points regardless of the initially assigned rating. Once enough people have viewed/attempted/solved the question then the aforementioned algorithm decides how many points the problem is worth.

Unrated problems will not affect your rating, since they are unrated.

All problems will give you at least 10 points (These are not ratings)

If I posted a question gave it a topic and a difficulty level... But then too in preview it's showing unrated, what does that mean ????

All problems start off being unrated, until sufficient number of people have solved it in order for us to determine a suitable level for it.

If it states "Level pending (100 points)", then it just means that not enough people have worked on the problem as yet.
