Brilliant is an approved provider for two Florida scholarship programs administered through Step Up For Students' EMA platform:

Which plan to choose
For purchases using scholarship funds, choose an individual subscription for each eligible student. For help choosing a plan or preparing documentation, contact support+esas@brilliant.org.

How it works: Reimbursement
- Choose a plan on the Premium subscription page and pay by card at checkout.
- Save your receipt or emailed invoice.
- Log in to your EMA account, go to Reimbursements, and submit a request — attach your receipt, select the expense category Instructional Materials (educational software and subscriptions), and note the educational purpose.
- Step Up typically reviews and processes reimbursements within 60 days once all documentation is submitted.
Brilliant isn't available for direct purchase on MyScholarShop yet.
What our receipts and invoices include
- Receipt email: Brilliant's name and contact information, the plan and service period, the itemized price and total, and the purchase date.
- Paid invoice, on request: your student's name, the service dates, and the itemized cost. Email support+esas@brilliant.org.
Step Up asks for an itemized, paid-in-full receipt or invoice as a PDF, PNG, or JPG. Submit Brilliant on its own reimbursement request under Instructional Materials, without other items.
Good to know
- For the 2026–27 program year, purchases must be made between July 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027.
- Step Up For Students makes the final decision on what qualifies.
