Brilliant is an approved Direct Pay vendor for the Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program.
How it works
- Email us at support+esas@brilliant.org with your student's name to request an invoice.
- We'll send you an invoice formatted to meet Arizona ESA requirements, including your student's name, service dates, and itemized cost.
- Log in to ClassWallet, select Pay Vendor, find Brilliant in the vendor list, and upload the invoice for approval.
- Once approved, payment goes directly to Brilliant — no out-of-pocket cost to you.
A note for families with multiple children
ESA funds are held in a separate account for each student, so please request and submit a separate invoice for each child using Brilliant, rather than one combined invoice for the family.
About subscriptions
Arizona ESA funds can be used for online learning subscriptions for the contract year. A single-user subscription (our standard individual plan) is the simplest option to use with your ESA account.
