Using Arkansas EFA funds with Brilliant

Brilliant is an approved Direct Pay vendor for the Arkansas Education Freedom Account (EFA) program.

How it works

1. Email us at support+esas@brilliant.org with your student's name to request an invoice.
2. We'll send you an invoice formatted to meet Arkansas EFA requirements, including your student's name, service dates, and itemized cost.
3. Log in to ClassWallet, select Pay Vendor, find Brilliant in the vendor list, and upload the invoice for approval.
4. Once approved, payment goes directly to Brilliant — no out-of-pocket cost to you.

A note for families with multiple children

EFA funds are allocated per student, so please request and submit a separate invoice for each child using Brilliant, rather than one combined invoice for the family.

Paying by card instead

Direct Pay is the preferred route for Arkansas. If you pay by card, you can submit your receipt to ClassWallet for reimbursement. The receipt shows Brilliant's name and contact information, the plan and service period, the itemized price and total, and the purchase date. Subscribe on the web so your receipt comes from Brilliant.
