Yes. K-12 teachers and their students may qualify for free Brilliant Premium through Brilliant for Educators, a grant-funded program that gives teachers and their students full Premium access to Brilliant's interactive Math, Data, Computer Science, and Science courses for classroom use, at no cost.
Brilliant currently prioritizes classroom teachers at accredited K–12 schools who apply with a school-issued email address; it's generally not intended for homeschools, private tutors or tutoring centers, colleges or universities, or programs serving adult learners. Approved teachers get unlimited classroom creation, progress tracking, Google Classroom integration, and 50+ curated courses to assign; their students get free, ad-free Premium access with no daily limits.
To apply, visit brilliant.org/educators and complete the application — eligible educators typically receive access almost instantly.
Brilliant is certified by kidSAFE through its +COPPA CERTIFIED Seal program, which independently verifies compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and kidSAFE’s online safety guidelines. Brilliant also complies with FERPA and GDPR. We do not sell student data or use it for marketing purposes.
